Portal account unable to login and access

I got pr portal account username and temporary password from CIC on 7th August 2023 but I cnt access to portal account, i contact to CIC about that issue and its almost 10 days today still I didn't get any response, would you like to suggest me guys what should I do? Please!!! Thank you, have a great say
