I think, if you take PCC from P/P office then you do not need to take it from multiple places.

I am thinking to get it from P/P office. It takes 25 days but getting/tracking multiple is even tougher.

I got an e-mail from consultant and he asked me get just two PCCs, one from my current address and one from my permanent address. He said that if the visa office has any doubts then they will ask for a PCC from a specific place. Other than that we just need to get it from the current address where you have residing for more than one month and one from the permanent address mentioned on your passport.
