Police Clearance

if you don't pass or present police clearance like Dubai PC, does it mean there is no chance you will get PR? they are only giving us 1 month to accomplish this but we have no means to do so. Is there anyone here that got their PR status without passing the said documents? especially if you paid the landing fees and did medical already? PLS reply. Badly need of help.

CIC wants an assurance that you have not committed any crime, when you were in Dubai. So, that is why it is compulsory for you to submit the UAE Police Clearance. If you cannot arrange it, then CIC will close your file after a few months.

Hence, for you own interest contact the UAE police, if required take a leave from your office for 2 weeks, go to Dubai, get the Police Clearance certificate in hand & then submit it to CIC.

You have no time to lose now. If you do not act fast, CIC will close your file.
