I lived in another country from 01.09.2012 to 28.02.2013,do I need to get police clearance certificate to apply after receiving invitation in express entry profile.

They provide a list of documents you need to submit. So you’ll find out then, but generally they ask if you’ve lived in another country for more than 6 months

YES , in last 10 years / after your 18th birthday if at all you have stayed in any country for more than 6 months you have to submit PCC for that. For some countries the time / procedure is bit hectic so if with current score trends you think your CRS is near then start working on your PCC .. How ever once you receive invitation you still will have 60 days time to submit the documents .
