Police Clearance Certificate from VFS Global

I applied for PPC thru VFS global, eglinton ave east before few weeks.
Last week they informed me that my application is pending due to incomplete documentation and demanded additional 3 pcc forms along with 3 photographs. I did everything as per their advice, but still the status coming up as pending due to incomplete documentation. I don't know how many more weeks it's goind to take?

Did they tell what they meant by incomplete documentation???? And why 3 PCC forms?

I had submitted the same form a week ago and VFS lady checked it at the counter and okayed it. Gawd, such incompetence.

I had submitted the same form last week and VFS guy verified before giving the payment receipt. Do you know what is the problem with your application?

VFS ppl told that PVR status is Incomplete and they need additional 3 forms + 3 photographs.
But even after submitting the additional details the status is same old "Incomplete documentation"
In helpline they r not providing enough info

How long does it take for VFS to porivde PCC?
And how long does it take for certificate of Date of Birth?
I was told 4-6 weeks, but wanted to hear what the experience of fellow applicants are this month..
