My sister received an ITA in Feb during healthcare draw and she could not get the certificate from our home country in time to submit along with her application. She did write an explanation letter and included all the requested documents from our country.
We just received it now.
How can we submit it as additional documents?
Also, does she need the police certificate from Canada? We read online and it said she does not need it. Just wanted to confirm
