Police Certificate - Authorities concerned

I am filling the form to apply for the police certificate and this asks for "authorities or entities to whom it concerns [the police certificate]". My doubt is whether to say "IRCC" or "CIC" as I am not very sure about the difference between these two.

It used to be called cic, but they changed it to ircc. So go with IRCC.

Say "IRCC".

"CIC" is the old name of Immigration Refugees Citizenship Canada.
