Point calculation as per new changes 2017 CSQ

Hello Seniors,

I tried Quebec online evaluation questionnaire and it resulted me as eligible.
Although I was a bit surprised, anyhow if someone help me to find whether I should put any hope for this:

Education : BBA (3 years) 2005
MBA (HR 2 years) 2014 part time
Age: 35
Experience : 10 years
Language: Clb 9 - 8777 LRWS no French
Spouse : 10th certificate
Spouse age: 36
Children: 2 less than 4 years both

Am I eligible? :-[

Age: submit of 13 June and my date of birth is 14 June 1980 as per calculation age is 35y11m30d its mean not completely 36 how many points for age? 16 or 14? Please confirm.
Spouse age 30: 3
Spouse education ACCA affiliate don't know about points but as per WES equivalent to four years bachelor degree. Please confirm
AOT: don't know as per WES major is accounting and bachelor of accounting points is 3. please confirm
Children under 12 is 3: 8
Finance: 1

Employability: ??

Education: 12 points max (if it is recognised as MBA, otherwise 10 points).
AOT: 9 points if you have it as Banking and finance, (or 6 points if it goes under insurance and finance)
Age: 16
Language: 4 points
Spouse
Education: 3 points
AOT: 3 points max (if it is banking then 3 if insurance then 2)
Age: 3 points
Child: 4 points
Finance: 1 point

It does not look good.
At best you can get 55 points.
Even if you improve listening and speaking you will not cross 57.
Your only hope would be some French language.

Hello Guys,
I applied in August-2016 intake but suddenly got reduced my points from 61 to 57 after new rule imposed. Now I am not eligible for Quebec for 2 points.

Right now, there is nothing to update in my mon project online. I did not modify anything except login and logout. So what should I do?
Q1: Will I wait for 30 days?
Q2: Should I submit my application? If yes when it should be?
Q3. What will happen 90 days later if I did not submit my application?

Please suggest. I expect your valuable opinion.

Note: We are expecting a baby in this September. In that case I might get 4 points in September if Quebec allows those points and be eligible.

I have MSc (IT) 2 years with 2 years B.com degree. 6 years of professional experience in software engineering. have 1 baby under 12. My brother is in Quebec (Montreal). My age is Age 30. Husband's education is same; MSc (IT). I have bank statement as well. IELTS is 5.5 overall band (Listening: 5.0, Reading: 5.5, Writing: 6.0, Speaking: 6.0). Can you please tell me my points and what are my chances to get PR with this IELTS result. Or i need to retake exam?

I am sabina from nepal. I have completed my bachelors of nursing (2yrs) in 2014(15yrs of study). My age and husband age are 30 and 31 yrs respectively with one son with 8 yrs. my husband has passed masters in business study(MBS) major accounting. My work experience with related fields means in nursing field is 7 yrs in women's hospital.i hv academic ielts scores listening 5.5, speaking 6.0 reading 5 and writing 5.5. Do I need to appear gt ielts or does it works?
Another question is can I apply Quebec or not? Can you help me to count the points?? I would be thankful if i got answered of this question. Thanks

In my point of view you applied according to the rule of 2016. So your application doesn't affect by new rules of 2017

Could you please confirm if the points can be earned from working experience that is not relevant to studies and educations.

It is very important for my case.

Basically, I am a Veterinarian from Bangladesh, had been working as a chef/cook in the UK since 2013.
