We got ITA 2 draws back. My husband got a job offer in his NOC but there is no lmia, he has a post graduation work permit. Do you think our funds requirements could be waived?

I think with a job offer, your POF requirement is waived. LMIA is when you apply for PR to claim points. This is my understanding.

OP's husband does not possess a valid job offer as he's working on a PGWP. Unless he is a CEC applicant he needs to prove he meets the required funds.
