PNP Proof of Funds. When can I use?

If I have submitted my application already and it has been accepted, I also have a full time job. When can I use the $12000? Will I still need proof of that money when I go to CIC?

As per the CIC:

You do not have to show that you have these funds if:

• you have a valid offer of arranged employment in Canada AND
• you are currently working or authorized to work in Canada.

If you have an LMIA and are already working in Canada, then you will not need to prove you have the funds when you do your 'landing' here.
