i hope they will not require additional docs request after your MR, your PPR will probably released within 30-45 days(more or less) that's just my assumption just check your ECAS from time to time, once status showing "Medical results have been received" then your PPR will come very soon. TO MAKE IT SAFE... Some friends told us that it is much better to buy a house with a 20% downpayment that rent an apartment with 1K+ per month for 2-3 bedrooms... we really have to plan. cheers! ;D ;D

adg256, we are exactly on the same boat...planning to dispose our property in the Phils and buy a house instead of renting apt once we are there.
