i am done with medical on 25th May 2015

cic received on 2 june 2015, no updates on Ecas yet?
however, i am thinking the next step is pol clearance...i know i need to get ready for it

Anyways, anybody any idea:
- is there a specific time frame that after the med they request pol clearance ? is it necessary that they ll request?
- also after the medical how long it should take for the whole process? to get ppr?

With a medical request, not received, it'll be by email, you probably won't see that on ECAS.

However, if you've already had the request, the received portion should show up in ECAS when they process it and approve it.

i dont know if im on the right track... if paying rfrp... upfront... and online.. i dont need to put name? theres no personal details needed?just email address and the payment? and there is no name on the receipt too?

After you've paid online you can print out the receipt and fill out your name, UCI, and other details by hand. Then scan the form and email the scan to CIC. I'm not 100% sure where exactly you should send it, but I sent mine to the following:

CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry@cic.gc.ca

Disclaimer though - I have no idea if this is the correct thing to do. I figure it can't hurt though.
