Just want to share my experience with CIC timeline
from last 4 months i have noticed:
There is ppr rain in first 10 days of every month that is 1-10
1-10 of Dec 2017 - June 2016 applicant got their ppr
1-10 of Jan 2018 - July 2016 applicant got their ppr
1-10 of Feb 2018 - Aug 2016 applicant got their ppr
Prediction:
1-10 of Mar 2018 - Sep 2016 applicant got their ppr
1-10 of Apr 2018 - Oct 2016 applicant got their ppr
1-10 of May 2018 - Nov 2016 applicant got their ppr
1-10 of June 2018 - Dec 2016 applicant got their ppr
1-10 of July 2018 - Jan 2017 applicant got their ppr
and so on....

So, I have to wait until March
BTW, some people got their PPR yesterday. Maybe, majority is getting their ppr in the first decade of each month ...

Do you remember when you apply for a work permit or study permit extension, the cic system will ask you if you have lived in a designated country for more than 6 months? if so, then you need a new medical exam. So I guess this rule applied here as well.

I haven’t updated my visit to cic , it was after I did my upfrOnt medical in last March , I went back for 40 days in July . So it’s less then 6 months and even 90 days , so it’s not compulsory to let them know about our visits right ?

And my medical is not expired yet , it will expire on March . Still few days remaining , don’t know why they changed my medical from passed to if you need ...

Yeah, I did in October. I do not know any other reason, maybe I have a common law partner....I submitted 3 kilograms' material to prove that...

So your medical is not even expired , may be they are investigating your docs

Sep 20 upfr By medical , today it changed from passed to if you need medical we will send you message . I think they will ask for a medical again or extend my medical .
M really worried , as all batch mate got their ppr already .
Really frustrating.

This is what I exactly have :

If you need a medical exam, a message with instructions will be sent to you .
But it was different in the morning when I checked . It was same like yours before
