Yeah, they really take their time for some nationalities - Eastern Europe, China, Russia, Iran, India, Middle East, Thailand...
There are other things they take in account. For example, my last name matches the one of a person who is under an entry ban in many countries.
True, some nationalities are worse off than others. Ethnic profiling at its finest.
The whole situation with your last name sucks! My last name is not common, so I'm probably not delayed because of that.

No hopes left . Really disappointed with the whole process and experience. It’s getting really stressful day by day.

Can’t even concentrate on work or other stuff as well .

Hi
Understand your situation. Any contact to MP? I did and they said they are doing my security check which they initiated in May 2017!

Hi guys
Is anyone has paid RPRF late?
Coz that also be one of the late reasons for late processing.....
Coz they req RPRF in June 2017 but unfortunately they did not recived my fees thru via and again in sept 2017 I got warning to my fees or esle my application will be cancelled. If u guys have similar situation then this might have to be the one. It’s just the guess I have.....
