Can anyone teach me how to make a phone call to cic. I try today but I couldn’t contract the agent . Because I do not have an application number. Is someone have same experience as me? How do you call them without application number

Do you have you UCI number? I think you should be able to find it on any of your permits, such as the study permit or work permit. Usually it is located on the top right corner of your permit. When I called, the IRCC agent asked me if I have my application number or UCI. So it should work. It is hard to get through. Sometimes, I had to call them over 10 times to be put in the queue. Good luck!

Yes we got request for police cerificate before medical and now for u guys they r sending it after medical
Its normal for 2017 applicants i think

They must have asked it for canadian Police clearence
If u pass it u dont need anything

Yes I provided before.
My case is little complicated. They told me first you need to send then they said don't need. Now they said you need again :|

Spouse and kid are living outside Canada .

Today i have received my GCMS notes .
Eligibility, Criminality and Medical are passed but Security is not started .

Many of Jan 2017 applicants already got PR .However our Security is not started yet .
