PNP - PR - Jan-Feb-March 2016 Applicants

CIC is messed up. They just sent someone’s else MR on my email. The pdf file is named with my application number but the attached forms are of someone’s else. I have called & let concerned person know & have forwarded medical request forms on to their email. I am trying to call CIC but can’t get through!

P.S. My medical is passed last month

My Aor was I December 16, APR sent July 18, now London visa office sent me a request letter in march 18 requesting to send generic application form schedule background A and additional family info again but this time upload it in my CIC account not by mail. They also requested police certificates, but didn't attach a separate request letter for my husband in Saudi Arabia.
I've made a query but meanwhile what should I do they only gave my till may 2.

Well one time i ordered gcms notes and like usual they whited out the security info. But only that time accidentally they forgot to erase the electrical notes withregards of security and i saw on a certain date : screening info sent to CBSA!
