I know your feeling, me too. I called CIC, they said my case is still in BG check, and local MP didn't reply my email until now. I am the Jan 12th 2016 applicant. I don't know how long will be get the DM and PPR. I had to apply my BOWP last week since my PGWP is going to be expired next week.

Lol...if you are lucky, YES. If you are not, IRCC will tell you; these times are estimates only.
