I'm very sorry to hear. Did you add dependants after you applied? Adding anuthjng after submitting application can delay the processing time. Also did you order GCMS notes?
I applied only for me and my wife at same time. I didn't change anything after that. Same address, same employer and everything is same. Sometimes I feel, they never care about applicants life's and situations. Very bad and honestly I want to go back to my home country. My family resisting it. Tired of waiting !!!

They will never cause any problem. You should be ok as long as, if they are not drunk and drive tickets.

Jan 11th applicant. I wrote case specific enquiries about my file status as it exceeded processing time. But, I never got response from IRCC for my Four enquiries. It seems, they blocked my mobile number. For all options, it was saying unable to connect !

My local MP office called IRCC Second time (follow up) today, regarding my file. They simply said "All checks are done, no additional information is required and waiting for final review. THERE IS NO DUE DATE." Same answer which they gave Three weeks ago.

MP office caller asked them, they gave same response Three weeks ago and why there is no progress after that ? Why IRCC is not responding to applicant enquiries ?
IRCC said, they can't fasten process for any particular file; all files should go through the same process. They will never say any due dates and file processing time are estimates only. IRCC will definitely respond for each and every enquiry, that might be within 31 business days (this is also approximate response time) or more than that.

My MP office said, they can't do anything much about it and sorry to me. If I could not call IRCC, they can call behalf of me to check status but only after Four weeks gap.

Ho god. :confused::(
I know your feeling, me too. I called CIC, they said my case is still in BG check, and local MP didn't reply my email until now. I am the Jan 12th 2016 applicant. I don't know how long will be get the DM and PPR. I had to apply my BOWP last week since my PGWP is going to be expired next week.

Hope Everything will be better.

I hear you buddy. I feel the same. Dejection and frustration. I would have been much happier and freer in my home country. Here I am worried about every single thing in my daily life wondering if it would affect my application. Feels like tied up and no liberty to decide any important life decisions. I am by your side in spirit.

When they can process EE in 6 months, why not us? This provincial nomination is really costs extra with ridiculous processing times

Because the government is advertising to the world about a lightning quick and efficient immigration system and refugees, so they delay our paper-based applicants. It is just a political move to divert cic resources from here to there, no actual efficiency has been achieved.

Don't worry about the collision. My immigration advisor told me before, as long as it is not criminal case, CIC does not take that into consideration. as for the traffic tickets, if you paid them off, I would not worry about it either

It seems we can do nothing other than wait. My local MP also could not help me with our situation. They will say same story to every one, no matter who it is.

I applied for BOWP on paper due to I am not getting apply online option on my CIC account. It was technical issue. I send complaint to CIC with screenshots. They did nothing about it. I applied on paper on last week.
I applied on March 2017. They said, they received my application on March and not yet started processing it. They said, 115 business days to process it. Now I am on implied status. Staying calm and working for same employer. My HR not noticed my work permit expiry.
God knows, when I will get PPR or BOWP.

if you get your BOWP (48 days processing time) after your PR landing. Make sure you apply for a work permit refund
