you are right, let's sign up the petition and hope our voice will be heard by more people. Sometimes CIC really need some public pressure to do their job better.

Finally I linked my paper application to my account.
I spoke with a case agent and she helped me linked it.
I noticed that my background check has started as today May 18, 2017.
The case agent said my application seems good right now, nothing to worry about. They might contact me in next few weeks.

Same here buddy. Jan 11th applicant. BG is in progress since Apr17th. waiting for DM and PPR. Only god knows when it comes.

Im march 2016 applicant, they might use that 16 month lottery rule with me. So just waiting to see what happens by june end.

Congrats... You will get PPR soon, may be within 1-2 week. It can be early too. Can you please share your timeline?
