I got the same reminder email in August.
My VO is Nova Scotia.

HOW DO WE KNOW ABOUT vo ????? Do they send e mail once you got AOR BY CIO . OR IS THSI THE ONLY ONE WE HAVE !!!! : :

I have read a lot of posts where people got an email from their visa office after their file was transferred, but i never got anything like that.
Then, i searched online, asked on the forum and checked on the CIC website for phone numbers for visa offices, and i found the number for the Nova Scotia office (1-613-944-4000).
I called them and asked them where my file was being processed, and they said that my file was never transferred to another office, and it's still at the Nova Scotia office where it will be processed completely.
So, that's how I know my file details.

You can send them screenshot as technical issue. Don't need to worry much !

If you link application, you will get msgs to CIC account and email. Even if you wont link, you will get email for sure.

Hi Guys,

I got my BC PNP in December 16 2015, applied for PR on Feb 18, 2016.
CIC received my application on Feb 22, 2016. (Sent to Nova Scotia)
Got AOR on April 20, 2016
Got spouse police Fingure Prints request on July 15, 2016
Got Reminder email on September 12, 2016 for Landing fee, Schedule A form and police Certificates if in case didn't send so all done on September 14, 2016

Now I have Question from experts: Me & My spous's work pemit are expiring in October and need to extend them so I want to know which application forms and documents do I need to send to the Cic.
As for as I know the following documents need with my application:

Job reference letter
Last 3 months pay stubs
Bank statement
1 digital photo

So hiw about my spouse documents because she is dependent and not working at the moment.

Need experts reply please it's urgent.

Hope soon hear from you all.

I did my Upfront Medicals for something this year but I didn't end up using it so I was wondering, when I get a medical request for my PNP, can I just email the upfront I didn't earlier ths year to them instead of doing another MR

Not 100% sure, but they perhaps never will ask for a medical test if they have it in the record under the same passport details. Even if they ask for it again, it would be a good idea to go for a medical test again. Why take a chance?

Hi JK Jeet,

I am not sure why you need Last 3 months pay stubs, Bank statement as you have received AOR.

I did the same thing I just sent all the same such as passport etc and plus AOR and Confirmation of Nomination that was all. Your work permit is not an open work permit? that is why so many supporting documents they ask you?

My country of citizenship is India though.

Your wife will be granted BOWP as a dependent applicant, in which being under condition to your status.

Simply go myCIC and apply for the work permit. Since you have no ref number, you may need to complete questionnaires. Once you finishes answering all questions, you will have a list of documents to submit for both you and your wife.

Generally, you will need,
IMM5710 and etc CIC forms
Fee receipt
Passport copies
Current WP copy
BCPNP Nomination letter
AOR letter
Merriage Cert
Letter of employment (or so, like Job offer letter)

And your wife will need,
IMM5710 + IMM5475
Fee receipt
Passport copies
Current WP copy
Cover letter that states PA(which is you)'s UCI# and EP#
