Which receipt number did you use? RPRF receipt or initial fees payment receipt? Thanks

For me I could log in using my initial receipt, I've sent RPRF a week ago but couldn't login using that.

Just keep trying, I just logged in with my both fee (Application and RPRF) receipt number as well. It may not have been linked with your application yet.

you mailed it or you sent it? the mail my agent sent to CIC was received on August 25th, and the email was sent earlier than that.

I sent it by post. Just relax and don't worry yourself too much. It is a different VO and I believe you are inland, right? It will surely be linked with your file soon. We are at the stage where we should keep our mind at rest and wait patiently for a favourable decision.

I am still wondering how your mail got lost. Is it that Canada post is not very efficient or your address could not be traced? At least, if they were able to locate your address, they should have delivered it on time for you to resend.

I reckoned its the carelessness of the post office people here in this country i am working at. (PAPUA NEW GUINEA). I asked them to investigate what happened, and they accepted the fact that its their negligence, they sent the Package to a different province here. But in fairness to them, they just received it last AUG-18,2015 that CIO sent MAY-05,2015.

Its still slower than ever, it took 3months+ to received here in PAPUA. As stated it was not registered mail and no tracking.

Anyway, good news is I got it already and now fixing everything again to pass a new application. Just waiting for MPNP to extend my LOA.

I have a question here, if you can assist me:

1. As the post office is not too reliable here in Papua, I am planning to change my MAILING address to my sponsor's address in Winnipeg. In this case, should i fill up the USE OF A REPRESENTATIVE FORM now?

I used the RPRF receipt no. (Starting with the letter R) and I paid RPRF on Aug. 17 and sent the receipt next day by email. Again I tried logging in with the application fee receipt no. (Starting with the letter P) and it works too.

You can have any mailing address for which you dont need to make him authorized representative. YOu can give your name as receiver and have his/her address in Canada. THe mail will come on your name in that address except the fact that they need to add your name in their mail box(some post office locations require that). YOu are good to use.

How about the SELF ADDRESSED Envelope? I'll put it to his address too?

Will it be OK to CIC without the representative form?

I dont know if that mailing address is your sponsors but whatever mailing address you want to provide should be in generic form.

Yes, self addressed envelope is your mailing address.

Representative form is optional and its applicable only when you choose a representative.

Thought you are inland or living in Canada. But still, it took too much time. Do you have a current Canadian visa? If you have, you can use his address with your name without filling the representative form provided your agent is reliable and would notify you as soon as he receives any mail. Otherwise, you have to fill the representative form and include the name of your agent in Canada as the receiver.
