My timeline BC PNP paper-based:

Application received on Feb 23/17
AOR on Apr 6/17
Pre-arrival invitation on Dec 7/17
MR on Mar 1/18
MR passed on Mar 15/18

Status still in process and BG checking is: "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.", and details showing "Submitted"

I guess it's on IP2 stage?

still no news or anything since then, waiting for PPR. Is this normal?

Could anyone tell me how to check the dates of my timeline? I can only see what stages they are at but no exact date except the date they received my application on the top.

I passed my medicals last week. However, in the morning my account was showing “Updated”. Therefore, I went inside the account to see the update but there was no update and the status changed from updated to submitted. Is this normal or a technical glitch?

Could you share your timeline? It usually happens just before IRCC starts sending PPR. But don't get too excited, who knows what the update means for you. And yes, it's normal that your status changes from updated to submitted once you check what's new.
