My passport was received on 19 dec but return tracker still not activated

I am Sept 8 applicant, NO PPR or DM yet ???

Just wondering..
I applied for work permit extension on November, PPR email came in and sent my passport however my work permit extension application never moved into process, just "SUBMITTED NOT STARTED" status. I am on implied status now because my current work permit expires Dec 22. What will happen? are they not processing it? or going to refund compliance fee and app fee?

one thing.. once we landed/cross border, how long it will take "normally/approx." for the PR card to receive thru mail box? any idea?

I know we can travel after we get PR confirmation however in my country I could BUT its not easy coz I still need a valid travel documents again if without PR card. I just wish to avoid hustles.

MY friend received it in 39 days.he was a March 2015 applicant.

Still no reply since last Saturday (Dec 24) from CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca regarding spouse Visa issuance instruction to follow ...
