PNP- PR ( CIC applicants SEPTEMBER and OCTOBER 2015)

Hi there,
I am Oct 2015 applicant and i have BOWP until April 2017 now this December I am planning to go back home (India) for couple of weeks but as ,y work permit is until April 2017 is it safe to go back home or will i be questioned by immigration on the airport?
Also as i am oct 2015 applicant and did medical in sep 2016, is it possible i will get passport request in dec or jan for which i should stay in Canada?
Please help.

My background check is still not needed at this time. I'm a bit worried cos most of September applicants are already "in progress"

I am sure it will change anytime within 2-3 days and before oct 30.

Yes I am Sep 4 applicant and mine is still "not needed at this time". I know a few other ppl who are in the same situation. But we have received an email during the last few weeks asking for some additional information. It's most probably part of the security check process that they have for citizens of certain countries. Have you received that email as well? And do you mind if I ask what is the country of your origin?

Just order your GCMS notes, for your peace of mind, see what mentioned in there! I am sure it must have done already 2-3 months back. They just dont update it sometimes. Dont worry you will be fine!

Did they ask u also to pay RPRF?

I sent it in September 2015,
Yes they asked to pay RPRF...
Going to the medical exam tomorrow...

I didn't receive any email for additional information. I'm from the Philippines.
