My application is linked to MyCiC. I received an email that I have a new message in MyCIC account. I had to login to see the MR request.

hmmm. i havent received any MR yet, but I checked mycic account today and it shows my medical is now in "review on progress" stage. weird.

Mine did this as well and I received MR the same day!

Here's the procedures on how to link Paper-based application to MyCIC account.
