How do you know for sure where is your vo? will they mail? applications from my country mainly goes to Singapore, sometimes Manila too. I am praying that my application goes to a VO which will complete successful processing of it at earliest. God bless us all.

Good to know that you have received second AOR. In MPNP EOI SW thread, there was an candidate named LAMTRAM from Vietnam. You can check his timeline. Singapore VO processed his application super fast. You will also find the opposite experiences from same VO. Lets hope for the best.

Has XX been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?

I had sent a paper PR application to Nova Scotia 5 years back and my NOC was not in the list of approved occupation to qualify so CIC didn't process my applicattion. Does this qualify me to mark above question as 'yes'?

Today I checked my Linked application status, my Application No. has changed to EP00230......., starting X omitted. And in "Details" section New message appears "Cancelled as Incomplete" in place of "Open". What can I do?
