It looks like you listed Abu Dhabi as your vo. Try to find some applicants' timeline from that office to know if the timeline is normal. Still they are not strictly following 15 months - still based on VO the ppr gets issued as far as i see.

I just received my passport back from Ottawa I'm so happy!!! Goodluck to everyone!! I wish you all luck!!! i will do my exit to U.S for 2 weeks vacation on June ;D I can't wait for my PR card so I decided to exit and return
