Hey Guys, I got my PR Card yesterday on the mail. I didn't got my wife's though, which seems weird to me. But I guess I'll get hers later in the week.

Hi Delta,

We landed on February 6th. So two exact months pretty much. I should week my wife's card by the end of the week/next week.

hi Guys! cic emailed me after my application have been past due that they need additional documents..devastating it is!!
i need your help..i want to send the docs thru CASE SPECIFIC ENQUIRY, but the docs exceed 3mb, is it acceptable if i will split them into 2 sending?pls need your help urgently. like i will send 2x in the CSE.\thanks in advance

Yes, you can send 2 documents.
I sent multiple scanned images in 2 word docs due to this size restriction on each document.

I sent 12+ images in 2 docs. if possible reduce the size (reduce resolution) and try for 2 docs in one cse.
Ya if cant 2 CSE is also fine.

Did u really missed sending the docs being requested? Or are they asking u to update it. I am due on the 13th of April and still did not hear anything from cic... thanks

hi!the last time they asked for updated docs was on sep. after 7 long months and my application have been past due, they asked again for additional docs.

I have been laid off recently and without any job offer I am not able to extend my work permit.

My 15 months will be finished end of April.

It depends on a lot of different factors like where you are from, how much traveling you have done and if you have lived in other countries. This part is not done by CIC they have to wait for information from other countries agencies.

When does your WP expire?

Base on ATIP notes they got security result from Us,, I have never been other countries expect My homeland.

But the status of security check is not started.

My WP will expire end of September 2016. I applied PR through PNP.

Do you have an open WP? Is your nomination tied to your job? Have you let the PNP office know that you have been laid off?
