as we recently became PRs under Express Entry I withdrew my PNP PR application and applied for a refund for my RPRF and my spouse's RPRF together with my wife's Processing Fee as her name hadn't even been added to my file and her case hadn't been initiated at that time but the only refund I got (a month ago) was one RPRF ($490) so I'm guessing it was for my fee. Didn't get any explanation why I didn't receive anything I paid for her.
Any ideas why I haven't gotten any refund for my spouse's fees?
