Last i remember was an outland applicant getting his AOR and he had his app received by cic on July 4. Hopefully soon we will start getting AORS

Yes Abdul absolutely correct. What you predict about my AOR as my file is received to CIO on 14th July and today I have passed 93 days.

When can I expect my AOR ? This coming week or the next month ?

I send my Application on August 01. CIC received my application on August 05. Have to wait till november for my AOR?
