PNP FSW Ontario - File refuse due to IELTS not submitted.

Hello,

I have done MCA and total 5+ years of experience in Testing. I applied based on 2173 NOC code as Software Enginner. I applied for same FSW. in June 2012. I sumbited all the documenta as requested except IELTS result. But after two trial i did nto get expected result in IELTS. Now to return my file and ready for return to processing fees and Landing fee. Beofre 3 month i return back my all documents and now last week I got letter "FSW Return of Processing Fees, PR fee or Right of Landing Fee".

What should I do ? In 2013 no quota for "S/w Engg"
I dont want to quit....Is is possible i contiue with this file and whent the new requriemetns come for "S/w Engg" then i resubmit my all documetns with IELTS result.

plz help expert !!

If your application has been returned to you, it is over. You have to start again from the beginning when your NOC is next in the FSW list. You should have submitted a complete application.
