Do You mean to say there is no matter for CHC or CIO if the person Traffic History Report is not good or had or having any type of offences. I have some further enquiries from you. and sorry for taking your important and valuable time. Now The Enquiries are below:-
1) Do you still Reside in Victoria
2) When you got fingerprints checks pcc from victoria. It was clear or no disclosures.
3) Did you provoided them the fingerprints Pcc i mean to say is it really required the fingerprints checked pcc from australia.
4) Is your offences in victoria still remain in the court. i mean did you resolved the all matters or not because i had only one offence that was only drink & drive offence and never had a accident or parking or speeding, redlight jumped tickets etc
.And IS Your Traffic History report really shows This matter still remain in the court or not. Must Reply
5) Did you apply with your Bad Traffic History Report to CIO, CIC or NDVO (New Delhi Visa Office.) India
6) Did they considered you all security check documents like:- PCC, Traffic History Records, etc.
7) I also have got Name check pcc from Australian Fedrel Police it says no disclosures in the court. Now i am worried about only the fingerprints checks or Traffic history records from queensland.I mean I am scared because it is mandatory to attach Trafiic History Report along with the application If it show that this person had a drink & drive offence with this much blood alchol. this is very big matter for them. god knows what will happen.IT is requested to contact me in my email because of privacy if possible:- <canadavisa000 @ gmail.com> Waitng for your reply
