My lawyer replied to visa office by email & fax.

What is fairness letter would you please let us know

during the review of application at cic visa officer can give a procedural fairness letter at any stage if he is not satisfied with any document/verfication/medical issue. Its a chance for applicant to explain what is asked , instead of direct refusal.

Dear All,

Please advice, I have also applied for MPNP for Manitoba as my sister in law is citizen and living there.
My points are lying within the draw range, however I have not received any invitation.

1) Please advice do I have to login the EE profile also.
2) or is there any thing else which I am missing.

The lowest rank in last draw was 457 however my points are 544.

All those who are through now with invitation letters, please advice in light of your experience and your input in application.

How much time it will take once I received my Job offer?
What steps involve in complete immigration process (from job offer till Visa issue?

brother process is defined on CIC offcial website several steps betwween job offer to visa stamp .. point is where your files stands now please share your file status and timeline such as NOC , AOR visa officer

no brother they didnt find out your application beacause they havnt your UCI or EP number just wait and when did you file your application again ? any update nowday whos months applicants got UCI ? they gve UCI serial wise on first come first basis

I was thinking that CIO will sort out my application with reference to Passport Number or Date of Birth or Nomination reference number and then give me update.
I don't know when he submitted again, I tried hard to get some information but no success.

brother thats not good atleast you should know the month of submission of your app so you can search the other related threads and got some info .. may be they search with your passport ..
