yes it is a good surprise for me. Because i just submitted reply on 2nd september & today status changed to "in process"..

Also its a very positive hope for Ahmer who was in the same boat. Brother prepare for IELTS as much as you can & then in sha ALLAH results will be there.

yes congrats brother now this is cross checked that your case doesnt rejected and they gave you a chance for ielts make sure for 6 bands in each category Inshallah all will be good best of luck

My brother ilets has expried in march 2015 but the nominted him in august 2015 still he needs fresh ilets for apply in federal one more thing in canada i have a lawyer who take immigration cases he said this ilets will work because he nominted to based on this ilets test results still some body give me good advice will be appriciatable thanks

In my point view he need a valid/fresh IELTS test report to apply to CIC. He should retake the IELTS to avoid delays & additional documents request during the processing of application .

Its just my opinion please consider seniors as well.

yes as malik said it is mandatory for any application to CIC if your ielts expire after your file received in CIC then they will ask you for ielts at Visa office Stage but if you submit an already expired IElts report to CIC they will return your file beacuse of incomplete documents in result your 3 to 4 mnths had wasted

Is this happend with you or with any body you know because i went to immigration centre they help in all applocation the guy said to me this ilets its only for nominee programm fedral application does not need the ilets because he already nominated by this ilets score please do some c9mments on it thanks

yes i think sydney only demands ielts with NOC C and D if you are NOC level B and concerns to VO sydney then go ahead
