Hi

I mailed out my application on Jul 22nd and received on the 26 or the 28th I think... I'm still waiting for the AOR ( PNP but not through Express Entry) and can anyone share how to link the paper based application with MY CIC account? Thanks

Also, I don't know if anyone has noticed that the estimat processing time for PNP economic class has changed from 15 mons to 16 mons ...
