PNP applicant--How to apply for BOWP without AOR

Hey everyone, need your expertise on this:

Got pnp normination on Nov,2016, submitted my PNP PR DEC 24,2016. However, my work permit is expired within 4 months, I want to apply for BOWP but I haven't got my AOR.

Considering 90 days to receive my AOR, it seems impossible for me to apply my BOWP on time.

I saw somewhere that I can also apply BOWP only with my pnp nomination letter, Is that true? Or any other ways to solve this problem?

Any suggestion would be helpful.

just apply for closed work permit ... just ask your employer to pay for compliance fee of 230 CAD more or less.. PR federal applcation is taking 16 months to process and BOWP is only good for A year. save your self from another headache of applying for another work permit after 12 months at least closed work permit is good for 2 years....

so your choice buddy...
