Bro,

Much depends on which CHC u r, as well as your b/ground & security checks scenario. For some, it is simple & straight, while some files could be inordinately delayed. Given that, if it is KISS (Kept It Simple & Straight); and u r in the 38 list, u should complete the process by approx 8-10 months.

If not, anything would be your timeline... Avg. 12-18 months. And if there is some issue with your 'security/criminality checks'... your file might go into a 'spin' & then it might linger-on till time-immemorial, 21 months is max as someone described, though.

However, the usual timeline is:
-Confirmation: 6-8 weeks from NS, with the 120 days letter.
-Gestation-1: 6-8 weeks [U take time to submit all docs].
-Meds: 3-4 months from the 2nd stage docs.
-PPR: Most likely to come together with the meds.
-Gestation-2: 30 days [u send our pps] max.
-Visa: By 30 days [after gestation-2 pd].
-Total Timeframe: 8-10 months.

Hope that helps.

All the best, buddy !
Qorax.

just to add to that, you can also check trackitt.com and you could figure out what the timelines are like for people in your CHC.
