today i tried to check my ecas status but i could not sign in and a message shows,,

We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:

•Please be sure the information you entered is correct and then try again.
•This service is only available to clients with applications in process. We may have received your application but not begun processing it yet. The following link may help you determine if your application is being processed:

may be by mistake you ticked the check box of the option appears at the end of your session where it is mentioned that you do not want your case to appear on the e-cas . in this case you must write for them asking to re activate the service for you

Many people had the same problem yesterday. Just wait a couple days and try again. They probably had some kind of maintenance going on.
