My parents got their family sponsorship visa last month now they are
Coming for landing in July do both my parents
Have to land together because my dad is the main
Applicant or they can land separately
Secondly can they stay in London UK for a month
On their way here

The Principal Applicant must land first. Dependents can land at a different date after that, as long as they land before COPR expiry.

Whether they can stay in London is entirely up to them and has nothing to do with coming to Canada.

Staying in London totally depends on what VISA arrangements they have for UK.
Canadian immigration is not bothered about which country your flight is coming from.
