Hi i am going to apply again my first application was paper based and i got rejected before right know i am going to apply online please tell me how can i apply online and send me the link from where i can apply.

Secondly i have 2 passports 1 is fresh and 2nd is expired please tell me that i have to upload both the passport in online application and I have two bank statements how can i upload them and does i have to upload letter of rejection also and what about my SOP and police Character Certificate Please Guide Me please.......

You should need to scan all the documents.All Passport first and second page.

And sing up with all the documents.
CIC Study permit application form doesnot scan.
