Hi I recently applied for family class visa for my spouse from india. now in the form application to sponsor and undertaking in question no 1 . if you are found inelligible to sponsor indicate weather you : one box says to withdraw your sponsorship and all processing fees fees less 75$ will be repaid.... unfortunately i ticked that option..... So wiil i loose to appeal in case if case gets rejected. now is it applicable only for my ability to sponsor or for the whole case... I have a good salary and in job for last 4 years........ please help me......

Choosing to withdraw if you are found ineligible to sponsor the applicant is the sensible option in most ordinary cases. You do not lose any rights to appeal, the application is simply returned to you, and no processing of the applicant takes place. It gives you the opportunity to correct any obstacles to being found eligible to sponsor before the processing of the applicant begins.

If you chose to proceed after being found ineligible to sponsor, the applicant would almost certainly be denied, as a spousal application has no grounds without an eligible sponsor, in ordinary cases.

Don't worry about your job and salary, they will help your case, but the lack of them would not necessarily hinder it very much, except you might have needed to show how you plan to support yourselves.

In short, don't worry about it.
