I applied for visa on 16 march and my agent never asked me for backlog certificate but 2day i get to know that application will be rejected without backlog certificate?what to do?

i am glad to hear this but den how embassy know how many backlogs i have and i also talked to a guy today and he told me that his file rejected because he did not submitted backlogcertificate in visa file
