My study visa (spp) was approved on 6th Nov.I got my passport but it does not contain poe letter.I did not receive it in my email nor in cic account.I wrote to chd canada embassy,they replied it is no longer wanted by border officials.But my brother who applied on same date and got visa on same day got his poe letter in his email.Please help i'm confused
