Please help me calculate my Work experience points under FSW

How are working experience points calculated in FSW under Express Entry Canada? I have 5 years of experience in 3 different NOCs. I have 3 years with the most recent job under 1 NOC. What is my total years of experience?

For CRS purposes, you have 5 years of experience (only 3 years are sufficient, however if you can provide proof for all 5, by all means keep them in your profile).

For FSW purposes, you have 3 years as only the primary NOC is considered.
