Citizenship application (4 applicants, 2 adults, and 2 minors) is the process, background cleared (stage) and one applicant adult/female want to withdraw the application and go back to home country forever. But want to keep the application to be processed for kids and one adult. Kids wouldn't be able to take the ceremony , in the form it is written as an oath of citizenship YES. I want to update the Oath of Citizenship with No as both kids are minors and below 14. Please guide.
