I am sending my application on Tuesday. Please check below list that I am not missing anything.
Please note that I am single and principal applicant.
FORM LIST
1) Generic Application Form to Canada - Validated & Signed
2) Schedule A: Background/Declaration - Signed
3) Supplementary Information Your Travel - Not Singed
4) Schedule 8: Economic Classes- CEC - Signed / for duties, extra paper is printed and attached. Duties are copied same as employment ref. letter.
5) Family Information - Signed

DOCUMENT LIST
1) Copies of Passport (All pages with Canada work visa, previous Student Visa, USA Visa, Arrival-Departure stamping pages, FIRST & LAST PAges
2) CELPIP - GENERAL Original Test Result
3) Copies of Post Graduate Work Permit & Off Campus Work Permit
3) I am showing 2 jobs so...
Job 1 (Year 2013) : Copies of Employment ref. letter, T4 & NOA for 2013 year with blank out SIN number
Job 2 (Current Year) : Copies of Employment ref. letter, Job offer letter and printed all pay stub.
4) Copy of Birth Certificate
5) NO PCC as I didn't stay at my country of origin since the age of 18. However, I wrote a letter that I didn't attach PCC because I didn't lived for 6 months in a row since age of 18. If visa office asks while application is in process, I will get and submit it.
6) 5 photos with NAME & DOB & Photo Taken Date Plus Stamp of photo studio. 1 photo is with ONLY photo studio stamp. & 1 photo completely blank at back
7) Fee Payment FORM - Not Signed // I have Money Order for CAD $550.00 in order to The RECEIVER GENERAL FOR CANADA
8) 2 self address mailing labels - Both in English - & Document Check list

PLEASE CHECK AND LET ME KNOW GUYS !! YOUR REPLY WILL BE MUCH APPRECIATED. I AM WAITING FOR YOUR REPLY GUYS..ONCE I GET REPLY, THAN I WILL SEND APPLICATION TO SYDNEY.
I will send it to courier address via Purolator courier and will be using 9.5" * 15.5" envelop

Obviously you don't need to send to many passport document. And make sure your CELPIP marks match NOC level.

Perfect. But your thinking is wrong for 5 point under Document Checklist because you have to submit PCC from India for the places where you have stayed from your age 18. Good thing is you can submit your application now without PCC but you have to send it before they ask (recommended). So, you have to change the content in the cover letter that you will submit PCC once you received it.

I think you have to submit PCC even you are submitting application from India. Good luck

Thank you very much......I will change content of letter saying that I will send it once I receive it. Just clarifying that I came to Canada for study when I was 18 years and 2 months old from India and visited India 2 times for 1 month. Currently still in Canada

Can you please check my photo specification ? Did I provide write number ? I put 7

1) For Schedule 8 Economic Classes CEC form...I put last date of my work permit on a date to for current job.

2) One more think....in Background/Declaration form...I have put last date of work permit for TO: for current address ?? Please need suggestion ?

3) I am sending via Purolator standard envelop 9.5" * 15.5" express. Will it be problem because it is not 9" * 12" ???


Please guide me
