Look, Validating generates barcode's on page 5, where the information you have entered is stored in an optical machine-readable representation. So when the visa officer scans it using barcode readers, he will get all the information in to his system in a second.
So you can validate whenever you want, even before a week you can validate and then apply for a visa.
It's just that simple... How do you get doubts like these .

1. You can validate anytime before the deadline, not necessarily on the same day.
