contact the travel agencies and compare prices para makamura ka ng fare. u can also check if there are promos for 1st time immigrant tulad ng nakuha ko for my hubby. always ask if all-in na ang fare ( if taxes and surcharges are already included), ung iba kase they'll give u the airfare rates excluding the taxes/surcharge pa so mukha syang mababa pero kpag nag compute ng total amount to be paid, ang taas taas pala. nag pdos na kyo?

yes, tapos na kmi mag pdos. just waiting for the flight date to come. ang alam ko wala namang direct flight na manila to regina. ang flight na available with 1 stop lng is manila-vancouver-regina. pd nga na pasundo kn lng sa vancouver kesa dito kp sunduin para less gastos. kunin mo na lng ung airline ng connecting flight to regina, time of flight and code of aircraft para makasabay mo sa plane si husband.

ung pdos is walk-in lng, u just need to be there early, around 6-6:30 para sure na makapasok k. no need to bring kids age 12 below, just bring their passports with you, application form, copr,passport size picture. all documents must be photocopied including the visa. you may download the form from cfo website.the fee is 400 each, ang mahal noh? hehehe.

mas makakatipid ka if sa Canada na lang kayo magkita ni hubby. para di masyadong mahirapan, mag-PAL ka na lang para non-stop to Vancouver, then meet na lang kayo ni hubby dun para sabay sabay kayo papuntang Regina.

okay ba ang work prospects dun sa Regina? madali lang ba makahanap ng work?

not sure kasi si husband may workpermit na before he leave 2009. mga part time nkpagtry siya pero hindi niya naituloy.dpende siguro sa experience mo. sana mkahanap agd ng work para mas magaan ang start ng life. si hubby kasi cook so sabi niya meron din nagppirate sa knya pero since on going plngang PR niya eh hindi n sya nagattempt n lumipat.wla kasi benefits ang company niya and wla p siya increase. but he have plans maybe not now. di ba pwedeng delta or korean air or ibang airline? i know these are cheap airlines as well but not sure if may first time immigrant ba. for sure, walang discount online but if you search, they do have flights from Manila to cities in Sask. Delta, may stop-over sa US (you may need to get a transient visa, not sure). Korean / Asiana, may stop-over sa Incheon.

dito kami sa manila nag pdos. if you're coming from lrt quirino-taft avenue station, sakay k ng jeep or bus na papuntang slex. tapos before mag right turn ng slex, baba ka sa kanto tapos tawid ka sa kabilang side. makita mo bldg nakalagay Commission of Filipino Overseas. pd na nga mag pedicab pag sa lrt ka galing. if you're coming naman from nagtahan going taft, baba ka sa kanto ng slex-quirino avenue. intersection un tapos dami billboards kaya easy to identify the landmark. if you're coming from south naman, say alabang. take a bus going quirino or lawton, just make sure via slex sya. then pag dating sa intersection ng slex-quirino, wait for the bus to cross the insection then tsaka ka bumaba. makita mo agad ung bldg.
