For Pinoys planning to land in Canada in 2015. Please share your landing experience, questions, concerns and suggestions here. I noticed that questions and sharing are lumped together in the general forum together with all the application concerns, etc. Its getting harder to find answers to landing concerns that may be unique to us Pinoys. Ang hirap na mag back read.
I'll start the ball rolling.
Me and my wife are planning to land in August at Toronto. We are currently consider PAL with the 1.5 hours Vancouver stop over as it offers the most value (read: sya pinakamura sa mga shortest flights). I learned from the CIIP seminar that the PR card has to be applied at the first Canada airport you land in. For our case, it will be Vancouver if we take this flight. My question is: Do we have enough time to do this during the 1.5 hour layover?
