hmm nag post sya sa FB nung pic ng receipt at visa nya since nabasa nya dito sa forum na mgay mga nag doubt, samjo09 kilala ka nga nya eh nabanggit ka nya dun at nakausap mo na ata sya before.. bound to Ontario din kasi sya.

nawala na din yung post nya sa FB inerase nya yun picture ng visa..let's treat it like a good news na lang siguro.. para alam natin gumagalaw si CEM.. sana dumating na mga hinihintay natin VISA, PPR man o DM! agad agad!

hehe ako din naman sis muntik pa nga ko awayin ata, dahil sa comment ko na muntik na ko mastroke.. normal lang naman yung reaction mo dahil sa tagal ni CEM natural mabigla tayo.. sana game over na rin tayo soon

The visa itself has the date saying when you should leave by... Kung ano date ng expiration ng visa mo sa visa sticker na nasa passport mo, dapat naka enter ka na sa Canada by then.

Hi based on the CIC website, under Guide 3999, visa expiry is based on your medical or passport expiry date, which ever comes first. Medical validity is one year po.

but through reading here in this forum, more usually po when the visa arrives you should leave before your medical expires.

-BUT THAT SEEM CONFUSING THEN. WHAT IS DATE STATED ON OUR STICKER VISA? ISNT IT THE VALIDITY OF THE VISA THAT SAYS THAT YOU NEED TO ENTER CANADA BY THAT DATE? OR ELSE YOU WILL NEED TO RE-APPLY AS NEW APPLICANT AGAIN?

Been trying, even just now... tama naman info ko same lang sa ineenter ko noon that i can access, pero now eto lumalabas.. :

Ganyan din sa akin dati eh, pero nong na approved yong asawa ko as sponsor naka pag log in na ako sa ECAS, UCI number ba yong gamit mo???

I am a sponsor.. I used to use UCI and my details... nkakaaccess ako noon.
Now, since PPR na husband ko.. I tried his info and new UCI pero wala pa din.

I tried both.. pareho di makapasok sa result..

I still don't have my visa yet so I assume yes the sticker stamped on the PPs will have it's duration til the medical expiry date, the date we need to leave no later than that or else tsk tsk we need to re apply.. but I'm confused also, there's a lot of case that do re-medical but how about the new ruling for 15 months validity of medical? I even posted a new topic regarding my case if I can safely assume that I can leave before March 6 (my medical will expire this day), since I got my PPR Jan 2...I wish this waiting game is over! :-X

@ Mskade- Yes Yes now its clear to me. I checked my passport and my brothers passport (he just got here 2 months ago as Provincial nominee- I sponsored him as well). Both our sticker Visa on passports EXPIRATION date is the same date as with our MEDICAL date a year ago. So that means you have to remember your Medical date and conclude that you will have to leave by that date. Or simply, you will be already a landed immigrant in Canada by that date..

March 6? Wow that seems too close na.. Balitaan mo kami if they will base it there or maybe a year later pa like March 6, 2014? Depends if they cant give it back to you right away. When is your passport expiring?

yes too close, that's why I'm a bit worried already, but there's one case in the May forum na CEM called her this Jan 28, no changes in her ecas, she was informed to leave before Feb 2 since that's when her medical will expire! Imagine!? 5 days to pack and do PDOS and book a flight. Not the first time I red something like this. My passport will expire 2017 pa naman. Yes I will, balitaan ko kayo,pero I think sana naman lumabas na this week or next week, ayoko din biglaan na iinform ni CEM grabe naman.
